This mod removes camera auto aim while aiming at enemies. Auto aim is still present when starting to aim at enemy but not while moving the reticle.

This mod rebalances the cops as well as a few other aspects such as gang AI and criminal behaviour. Brand new spawn pool without questionable things like the helicopter at heat 2 or Enforcers starting from heat 3 and the sniper no longer lands every shot. Also overhauls the ctOS scans and makes searches a lot more interesting and challenging.
